Through a combination of lecture, case study and interactive exercises, this workshop will move you from theory to the concrete management processes and practices required to successfully implement and monitor a performance management strategy. Based on best practices, all participants will receive a simple outline of management requirements, from individual staff performance plans through to continuous improvement monitoring tools.
