Opening Plenary – The Evolving Sector

The Third Sector is facing a time of significant and accelerated change, both a changed social and political environment as well as amplified expectations from community, funders and ‘the public’. At the same time, the sector must confront the tension between acting as third-party government contractors while fulfilling our essential role as agents for social change. This plenary features three dynamic Third Sector leaders who will share their vision for Ontario’s evolving immigrant and refugee-serving sector.
